Medically Supervised Withdrawal Management
Individuals early in their addiction may be safely and effectively withdrawn from drugs under the supervision of a physician.
Medical Maintenance
Like persons suffering from many other chronic illnesses, some people have a permanent alteration in their brain functioning and are no longer able to be successful without medication.
Maintenance to Abstinence
The primary goal of the Maintenance to Abstinence Program is to facilitate an individual’s passage through the medication assisted treatment program to abstinence. AMF staff will work with patients from induction to maintenance medication, with the ultimate goal being abstinence from all illicit substances and opioid medications
Medication
Choice of medication is based on a mutual decision of both patient and physician. Addiction Medical Facility utilizes and prescribes Generic buprenorphine, Suboxone, as well as methadone.
